Dear Friends of Western,
Together, this school year began with a leap of faith as we hired new teachers and opened our doors to elementary students! I am excited to share with you how God has shown his faithfulness and how He continues to shape the future of His school. Our enrollment has grown 30%, and we continue to receive weekly phone calls and inquiries from new families who are hearing about the good things happening here at Western Christian School. Our vision is simple: “Provide families a school where their children receive a quality Christ-centered education from kinder through twelfth grade.” While this is a long-term strategy, we are seeing incredible results in our first year. What our community is experiencing is possible because many of you shared our excitement for this new chapter in the history of our school; you took your own steps of faith and chose to support our efforts with your finances and prayers. Your gifts created the opportunity to purchase initial curriculum, classroom supplies and build a playground.
As we acknowledge the excitement that has come from such a rapid growth rate, we have identified a need to improve our infrastructure to sustain this growth and best serve our students. We are committing to update our K-12 curriculum, address facility improvements for new classrooms, upgrade our computer network, improve our transportation services, restock our science department and fund quality teachers. To achieve these crucial needs, we are setting a $200,000 fundraising goal. The best part is that a generous donor has already stepped forward to cover the first $100,000! We are now entreating you and the rest of our community to match this generous gift and reach our goal together. Join us as we continue to take steps of faith that make Western a place that continues to impact young lives.

Help us reach our goal of $200,000!
It isn’t a stretch to say that Western is poised to make an even greater impact on our students and this community than it has in the recent past. With our firm commitment to teaching a Christ-centered worldview throughout all subject areas, our students are graduating with a strong relationship with Christ, poised to make a difference in the lives of others. We truly believe we are raising the next generation of Christ-followers to take the message of the gospel of hope to the ends of the world. We cannot do this alone. We need your help, so let me say, “thank you” for supporting our school in this effort!
