Don’t miss our traditional LIVE Auction! With crowd-favorite auctioneers, a lively dessert dash, a paddle raise for the cause, and a special surprise from one of our littlest students, this is where the night comes alive. Bring your paddle, bring your energy, and get ready for a great time!
Check-In
Check in begins at 5. Come as early as possible to get in and begin to start bidding on Silent Auction Items.
If you have Pre-Registered – Strongly Recommended! – You will also start at check-in. We will give you your bidder number at check in, your table assignment and make sure that your card info is on file so you can enjoy an evening of fun and food!
Attire
The evening is a chance to gather, celebrate, and enjoy a special night together. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their Sunday best—think Easter Sunday attire. Whether that means a favorite spring dress, a sharp blazer, or your best button-down, we invite you to dress up and enjoy a festive evening together.
Check Out
Check Out will be directly after the LIVE Auction out in the main foyer to the Willamette Room. You will check out at the registration table first and bring your receipt to the Auction Item Pick Up area where you will be helped by some of our awesome volunuteers who can help get your winnings to you and help load anything into your vehicle as needed.
