HIGH SCHOOL IN SALEM

High School

Western provides a full high school program focusing on a quality education rooted in biblical values.

By instilling a strong moral and spiritual foundation in our students, we can equip them to make a positive impact in the world.

The school offers a variety of classes to challenge and inspire students, bi-weekly chapel programs and small groups to strengthen spiritual growth, and a wide range of extracurricular activities for students to explore their interests and develop new skills. The supportive community at Western is known to create relationships that last a lifetime. Here, students are encouraged to reach their full potential and make a positive impact on the world.

Academic Excellence

Our classes are designed to challenge and inspire our students. Our team is made up of highly qualified and dedicated teachers who are passionate about their subjects and committed to helping each student reach their full potential.

Spiritual Development

At the heart of our school is a commitment to spiritual growth. Our bi-weekly chapel programs, small groups, and class service projects are just a few of the ways we cultivate an environment where students deepen their relationship with God and develop a strong foundation of faith. Extracurricular Activities

We offer a wide range of extracurricular activities to help students explore their interests and develop new skills. From sports teams and music programs to student council and woodshop opportunities, there’s something for everyone.

Community

Our school is a close-knit community where students, faculty, and families work together to create a positive, supportive environment. Whether through shared meals, special events, or athletics, Western is known for creating relationships that last a lifetime.

We offer two high school academic tracks:

This is the standard track for students expecting to attend a 4-year University after graduation. It includes 16 core classes, a grade of “C” or higher in those core classes, and requires a final total of 25 credits.

This plan prepares students for entrance into community colleges, apprenticeships, technical schools, and open admissions universities.  It includes 13 core classes and a total of 25 credits.
