Development
What We Do
The development department is responsible for various activities, including fundraising, community outreach, and donor relations. We work closely with our Leadership Team and stakeholders to understand their needs and goals and to identify opportunities for philanthropic support.
Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our donors and steward their gifts well by ensuring that they have the greatest impact on our students, teachers, and programs. Whether through financial contributions, volunteerism, or in-kind donations, every gift makes an impact and helps us to carry out our mission.
Western is committed to transparent and ethical fundraising practices and stewarding our resources wisely to ensure their long-term impact. Our development efforts are an essential component of our overall strategy for providing a high-quality education to our students and maintaining our rich history and long-lasting legacy of success.
Strategic Planning
Our Strategic Planning Committee is responsible for developing and implementing long-term plans to achieve the school’s mission and objectives. They work together to identify the school’s strengths and weaknesses. They analyze the current state of the school, review enrollment trends, and consider feedback from parents and students to develop a comprehensive strategic plan.
The committee sets goals and objectives that align with the school’s mission and values, outlines action plans and identifies the resources needed to execute the plan successfully. The committee regularly monitors the progress of the plan and makes adjustments as necessary to ensure the school stays on track to achieve its goals. The Strategic Planning Committee plays a critical role in shaping the future of the school, ensuring its continued success in providing a quality Christian education to students.
