For this cutting board, I used three different types and colors of hard woods to create a unique pattern. I sanded the wood down to be nice and smooth, and made a cutout around the edge, in place so you could put a plate, so you can put your cuts directly onto a plate. Then, I used food grade mineral oil to polish it down and look nice and shiny. The dimensions are 12” by 12”, and about ¾” thick.
