Volunteer

Western would not be the school it is without our incredible volunteers.

As a community of believers, we understand the importance of coming together to make a difference in the lives of our students. Volunteering at Western is not just about offering support, it’s about using our God-given gifts to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Four Benefits of Volunteering at Western:

Model Servant Leadership

Volunteering at Western is a way to live out our faith by serving others. It provides an opportunity to model Christ-like behavior and to share His love with those around us. It helps students to see that many hands make light work and understand that what they have to offer, no matter how big or small, is valuable.

Unity Through Community

By volunteering, you have the chance to connect with others in the school community and build relationships that are rooted in our shared faith and commitment to our school. This creates a sense of belonging and strengthens the bonds within our community. These relationships are known to stand the test of time and add tremendous value to our school and our community.

Cultivate Spiritual Growth

Through volunteering, we can help support the spiritual growth of students by sharing our own faith experiences and providing guidance and mentorship. When students regularly witness adults volunteering, it models a life of service that is one of the pillars of the WCS mission.

Making a Difference in the Lives of WCS Students

Our volunteering efforts can have a profound impact on the lives of students, providing them with positive role models and support as they navigate their academic and spiritual journeys. We were created for community and to come together to pour into the lives of our students.
